How the app works
Build your form
Use the drag-and-drop builder to add fields, set labels, configure validation, and arrange layout.
Configure settings
Set up email notifications, integrations, Shopify actions, spam protection, and submission behavior.
Design it
Choose colors, fonts, spacing, and layout type (inline, popup, floating button).
Embed on your store
Use the Theme App Extension (no code) or paste the Liquid embed code into your template.
Manage responses
View, search, export, and approve submissions from the response dashboard.
