SK Form Builder integrates directly with Shopify no Zapier or middleware needed. When a customer submits a form, the app can trigger multiple Shopify actions simultaneously.

Customer Tagging
Add tags to Shopify customers on submission. Control email marketing consent.
Customer Metafields
Write submitted values directly into Shopify customer metafields.
Shopify Flow
Trigger any Shopify Flow automation when a form is submitted.
Discount Codes
Generate a unique discount code per submission and show it in the success message.
Draft Orders
Create a Shopify draft order from form data line items, tags, and notes.
Smart Prefill
Pre-populate form fields with data from the logged-in customer's Shopify account.
