Form Settings
Configure form-level settings including status, scheduling, submission prevention, and response approval.

Form settings control the behavior of an individual form its status, type, scheduling, and how responses are handled. Open them by clicking the Settings (gear) icon in the form builder sidebar.
General settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Form Name | Internal label shown in the dashboard. Customers never see this. |
| Form Status | Active accepting submissions. Inactive form is hidden and not accepting responses. |
| Form Type | Standard (default) or Post-Purchase Survey (shown on the Shopify order confirmation page). |
Form scheduling
Pro+ plans.
Set a date and time window during which the form is active. Outside of this window, the form automatically stops accepting submissions.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Schedule Enabled | Toggle to activate the schedule |
| Active From | The date and time submissions start being accepted |
| Active Until | The date and time submissions stop being accepted |
Use case
Scheduling is useful for limited-time surveys, event registrations with a deadline, or seasonal forms.
Submission prevention
Prevent the same person from submitting more than once, based on:
- Email blocks a second submission from the same email address
- Phone blocks a second submission from the same phone number
These options appear in the After Submission Action settings under Clear & Prevent.

- After Submission Actions what happens when the form is submitted
