Available on Pro and Pro+ plans.
Form scheduling
Set a date and time window during which the form accepts submissions. Outside this window, the form is automatically inactive no changes to your theme or embed code needed.
Settings (Form Settings → Scheduling):
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Schedule Enabled | Toggle to activate or deactivate the schedule |
| Active From | The date and time submissions start being accepted |
| Active Until | The date and time submissions stop being accepted |
Use cases:
- Limited-time survey (closes after 7 days)
- Event registration (opens 30 days before, closes the day of the event)
- Seasonal feedback form (active only during a sale period)
When a scheduled form is inactive, the form widget is not shown at all on the storefront it does not show an error or empty space.
Popup display rules
Display Rules apply to forms using the Popup or Slide-in layout. They control the trigger (when the popup appears) and how often it shows to the same visitor.
Settings (Form Settings → Display Rules):
Show trigger
| Trigger | Description |
|---|---|
| Immediately | Popup appears as soon as the page finishes loading |
| After N seconds | Popup appears after a configurable delay (e.g. after 5 seconds on the page) |
| Exit intent | Popup appears when the visitor moves their mouse toward the browser close/tab area, indicating they're about to leave |
Layout types that use display rules
Display Rules only apply to forms set to Popup or Slide-in display mode. Forms set to Default or Boxed (inline) are always shown when the page loads they don't have display rule settings.
See Design & Layout for how to set the layout type.
