SK Form Builder includes built-in analytics to help you understand how your forms are performing and where customers are dropping off.

Basic analytics

Available on Basic and higher plans.

Per-form overview metrics available in the app dashboard:

MetricDescription
Total submissionsThe total number of successful submissions for this form
Submissions over timeA line chart showing submission volume by day/week
Device breakdownMobile vs. desktop submission split

Use the date range selector to filter analytics to a specific period.

Advanced analytics

Available on Pro and Pro+ plans.

Deeper insights into where your form traffic is coming from and how customers are interacting with the form:

MetricDescription
UTM sourceTraffic source (e.g. google, facebook, email)
UTM mediumMarketing medium (e.g. cpc, social, newsletter)
UTM campaignCampaign name
Referrer URLThe URL the visitor came from before reaching the form page
Response rate trendsHow submission rates change over time
Per-field analyticsCompletion rate and drop-off rate per field

Per-field analytics

Per-field analytics show you which fields customers struggle with or skip:

  • Completion rate the percentage of visitors who filled in this field
  • Drop-off rate the percentage who left the form at this field

High drop-off on a specific field is a signal to simplify the question, make the field optional, or use Conditional Logic to only show it when relevant.

UTM tracking

UTM parameters are automatically captured from the URL when a customer visits a page with your form. No additional setup is required. The source, medium, and campaign values are attached to each submission and visible in the analytics view and in individual response records.

Example URL with UTM parameters:

text
https://your-store.com/pages/contact?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=summer2026

Any submission from this URL will have instagram, social, and summer2026 as the UTM values in its response record.

Accessing analytics

  1. Go to the app dashboard → open a form.
  2. Click the Analytics tab.
  3. Use the date range picker to filter the view.
