Response Management

View, search, export, and delete form submissions from the response dashboard.

Every form submission is stored in the Response dashboard. You can view individual responses, search across submissions, and export data.

Viewing responses

Open the app dashboard

Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → SK Contact Form Builder.

Select a form

Click the form whose submissions you want to view.

Open Form Responses

Click Form Responses. A table shows all submissions for that form.

The response table shows:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Submitted At (date and time)
  • Actions (view and delete icons)

Click the eye icon to open the full response detail view. Click the trash icon to permanently delete a submission.

Response detail view

The detail view shows:

  • All submitted field values
  • Submission timestamp
  • Uploaded files (if the form had a File Upload field)
  • Any generated discount code
  • Shopify actions taken (tags applied, metafields written, etc.)

Searching responses

Use the search box at the top of the response table to filter across all field values name, email, phone, or any other submitted field.

To export:

  1. From the response table, click Export.
  2. Select the format.
  3. The file downloads immediately.

For PDF export, open an individual response → click Export as PDF.

File attachments

Uploaded files appear in the response detail view and are attached to the admin notification email. Storage usage counts against your plan's storage limit.

Deleting responses

Click the trash icon on any response row to permanently delete it. Deleted responses cannot be recovered. File storage is reclaimed when the associated response is deleted.
